What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery location. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on occasion we have free shipping promotions. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery times once your order has been despatched:

Metro Bris, Syd, Mel 2–5 business days
Regional 5–10 business days
Rural 7-14 business days

You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Keep in mind our lead times which are displayed on each product page.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress.

If you are collecting your order, you'll receive an email with instructions.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! Select 'pickup' during checkout. All collections are from our store in Underwood Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.45pm.

We are unable to accommodate weekend pickups as our warehouse is closed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or pickup, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

We are unable to accept returns for installed (or attempted install), incl modified items.

Are there any products I cannot return?

The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Made to Order (Australian made) Vanities
- Tops with drilling/cutting
- Shower Screen Glass
- Special Order items
- Floor Wastes
- Clearance items

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal. The page will guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 5 business days of order placement. However the following products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement:
- Made to Order (Australian made) Vanities
- Tops with drilling/cutting
- Special Order items
The following products cannot be cancelled:
- Clearance items
